This is a hand painted acrylic on canvas original painting. It features Lao-Tzu as a Magus of A∴A∴. It is the very first in the series of “Thelemic Gnostic Saints.” Depicted is the elder Lao-Tzu with his Logos “Tao” in the upper-right corner, and the 11th Hexagram “Tai” in the lower-left. Within Lao-Tzu’s hands is the Yin-Yang, a manifestation of the Tao. Around his crown is the Septagram of BABALON as a halo of sorts, signifying his holiness and reverance as a Magus of A∴A∴.
